We need a copywriter that can be thrown straight into the mix pronto, so a few years of experience, or more, is probably a good thing. You need to know how to build, develop and present a communication strategy from scratch, and how to creatively conceptualise it, be it online or offline. You need to be able to dig into that small banner with the same enthusiasm as with the international campaign site. And you need to have a sense of urgency. Preferably, Swedish is your first language and English your second nature. Also, prestigious creative awards are looked upon favourably. Now, this is a pretty a tall order, we know. But you’re out there, we know.
